jdlclub (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who accesses or uses the jdlclub platform at jdlclub.cam. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "the Policy") describes the categories of personal data collected, the purposes for which that data is processed, the conditions under which it may be shared with third parties and the rights available to data subjects.

jdlclub serves an audience of Malaysian adults and handles personal data in a manner consistent with applicable data protection principles. The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Policy:

• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, including but not limited to names, contact details, identity document numbers, financial identifiers and device information.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC) Data

To complete identity verification, jdlclub may request copies of a valid Malaysian identity document such as a MyKad, passport or driver's licence, together with supporting proof of address documentation. KYC data is used exclusively for verification purposes and retained for the period described in Section 7 of this Policy.

3.3 Financial and Transaction Data

In connection with deposits and withdrawals, jdlclub collects transaction identifiers, the payment method used (including relevant identifiers for DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong), transaction amounts expressed in MYR, timestamps and status records. Full card or bank account numbers are not stored on jdlclub systems where processing is handled by a Third-Party Processor.

3.4 Usage and Technical Data

The Platform automatically collects certain technical data when you visit or interact with jdlclub. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages viewed, session duration, click paths and referral source. This data assists in maintaining platform security, diagnosing technical issues and improving the user experience.

3.5 Communications Data

When you contact jdlclub support via live chat, WhatsApp or email, we may retain records of those communications for quality assurance, training and dispute resolution purposes.

4. Data Processing

jdlclub processes Personal Data for the following specific purposes only:

• Account administration: creating, maintaining and managing registered Accounts, including associated balance records.
• Identity and age verification: confirming that Account Holders meet the 21-and-above eligibility requirement and satisfying applicable KYC obligations.
• Payment processing: facilitating MYR deposits and withdrawals through supported channels and resolving associated transaction queries.
• Security and fraud prevention: detecting and investigating suspicious activity, protecting Account Holders and maintaining the integrity of the Platform.
• Customer support: responding to queries, resolving disputes and providing assistance in English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese through available support channels.
• Platform improvement: analysing aggregated usage patterns to identify areas for technical and content enhancement.
• Legal compliance: meeting obligations imposed by applicable law, including responding to lawful requests from competent authorities.

5. Legal Basis for Processing

jdlclub processes Personal Data on the basis of one or more of the following grounds, depending on the specific processing activity:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the agreement between jdlclub and the Account Holder, including account registration, payment processing and support provision.
• Legal obligation: Processing necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements, including identity verification and record-keeping obligations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out in the pursuit of jdlclub's legitimate business interests, such as fraud prevention, security monitoring and platform analytics, provided that these interests are not overridden by the data subject's fundamental rights.
• Consent: Processing carried out on the basis of freely given, specific and informed consent, including the placement of non-essential cookies where applicable.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

jdlclub does not sell, rent or otherwise commercialise Personal Data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Third-Party Processors: Service providers engaged to deliver specific Platform functions — such as payment processors handling DuitNow and FPX transactions, identity verification services and analytics providers — may receive data limited to what is necessary to fulfil their contracted role. Such providers are bound by appropriate data processing obligations.
• Legal and regulatory authorities: jdlclub will disclose Personal Data in response to a lawful request, court order, regulatory requirement or where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of the Platform, its users or the public.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets involving jdlclub, Personal Data held at that time may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.

7. Data Retention

jdlclub retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Indicative retention periods are as follows:

• Account and registration data: Retained for the duration of the Account and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for dispute resolution and legal compliance.

• Transaction records: Retained as required for financial and audit compliance purposes.
• Support communications: Retained for a reasonable period necessary for quality assurance and dispute management.
• Technical and usage logs: Retained for a shorter period consistent with security monitoring and analytics needs.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents re-identification.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

jdlclub uses cookies and similar technologies including local storage and session identifiers to support the operation and improvement of the Platform. The categories of cookies used include:

• Strictly necessary cookies: Required for core Platform functionality such as session management, authentication and security. These cannot be disabled without affecting Platform performance.

Whilst jdlclub takes reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is entirely free from risk. Account Holders are encouraged to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, use unique passwords and promptly report any suspected unauthorised account activity to the support team.

10. User Rights

Data subjects whose Personal Data is processed by jdlclub may hold one or more of the following rights, subject to applicable law and specific exemptions:

• Right of access: You may request confirmation of whether jdlclub holds Personal Data about you and obtain a copy of that data.
• Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data held about you.

11. Minors

If jdlclub becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a minor without appropriate parental consent, steps will be taken to delete that data promptly. If you believe that a minor has submitted Personal Data to jdlclub, please contact support immediately.

12. Third-Party Links

The jdlclub platform may contain references to or information about third-party services, such as Malaysian payment providers. jdlclub is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party services. Where you interact directly with a third-party service provider — for example, by using Touch 'n Go eWallet or a Maybank banking portal — that provider's own privacy policy will apply to data processed through their systems.

13. Policy Amendments

jdlclub reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where appropriate, registered Account Holders may be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform following publication of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
