1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between jdlclub (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User" or "the Account Holder") who accesses, registers with or uses the jdlclub platform available at jdlclub.cam.

jdlclub is an English-language sports betting and live casino information destination created for Malaysian adults. The Platform provides information relating to sports markets, casino categories, MYR payment methods, account education and responsible gambling guidance. By accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to comply with all provisions contained herein.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jdlclub website, its content, services and associated digital infrastructure accessible at jdlclub.cam.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Account Holder" means any individual who has completed registration and maintains an active Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total MYR value held within an Account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under specific conditions and governed by separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification processes, including identity document checks and address confirmation, required to authorise certain account actions.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the lawful currency of Malaysia and the base currency of all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a qualifying deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal may be initiated.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where access to jdlclub may be restricted.

3. Account Eligibility

Access to and registration on jdlclub is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By proceeding, you confirm and warrant that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and remain met throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jdlclub is an adult-only platform, and minors are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any part of the service.
• You are accessing the Platform in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party without their express written authorisation.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful or requires a licence not held by jdlclub.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from any gambling platform or had an account terminated for fraudulent or abusive conduct.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes only, with funds that are your own and not derived from unlawful activity.

jdlclub reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility, including a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport or other government- issued identification at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of account activities.

4. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jdlclub may close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances without prior notice.

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at the point of registration and to promptly update that information should any details change. jdlclub accepts no responsibility for losses or account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Account Holder.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you should notify jdlclub support immediately. jdlclub shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Account Holder failed to observe reasonable security precautions.

5. Terms of Use

jdlclub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit commercial use, systematic data extraction, automated queries, reverse engineering of any Platform component or any other activity not expressly authorised herein.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. All wagers may result in the partial or total loss of the amount staked. jdlclub does not guarantee any outcome, winnings or return on any bet or casino game. You are encouraged to review our Responsible Gambling page before engaging with any betting or gaming activity.

6. Deposits & Payments

The Platform supports a range of MYR payment methods commonly used by Malaysian adults, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct transfers through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may vary. Refer to the relevant payment section for current applicable thresholds.
• jdlclub does not accept deposits from individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 above.

6.2 Processing Times

Deposit processing times vary by method. E-wallet and DuitNow/FPX channels typically reflect in accounts promptly, though delays may occur during peak periods or bank maintenance windows. jdlclub is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements and confirmation that the Account is in good standing. Estimated processing times are provided as guidance only and are not contractual commitments.

• Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay typically process within minutes of approval, subject to checks.
• DuitNow and FPX transfers to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Hong Leong typically complete within 5–15 minutes after approval.
• Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes or longer, depending on banking hours and recipient bank processing.
• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed or delayed where jdlclub identifies unusual account activity, incomplete verification or inconsistent payment details.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

jdlclub may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload incentives and other time-limited promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• A maximum bet restriction typically applies while bonus funds are active, commonly in the range of MYR 250–500 per round or wager. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots commonly contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at reduced rates (for example, 10%–20%).
• Bonuses carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of issuance. Funds not used within this window may be removed from the Account.
• Exploitation of promotional terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated wagering or systematic abuse, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jdlclub platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scrapers or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using proxies, VPNs or other circumvention tools to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity, including money laundering or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Creating more than one Account or using another person's Account without their knowledge and consent.
• Abusing bonuses, promotional offers or referral systems in a manner inconsistent with the spirit and conditions of those offers.
• Reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting any jdlclub content without prior written authorisation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jdlclub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layout and software, is the intellectual property of jdlclub or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a transfer of any intellectual property rights to the User. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution or commercial use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdlclub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform.
• Loss of data or account access arising from failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Delays or errors in payment processing attributable to third-party banking or e-wallet providers.
• Disruption to Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures or circumstances beyond jdlclub's reasonable control.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jdlclub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

12. Account Termination

jdlclub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is detected in connection with the Account.
• A self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction has been applied at the Account Holder's request.

Where an Account is closed by jdlclub for reasons other than a breach, any legitimate real-money balance (net of applicable bonus conditions) will be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent authority. jdlclub is committed to addressing complaints and disputes through its internal support and review process prior to any formal escalation.

14. Amendments

jdlclub reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered Account Holders. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.
